- Users must register using a valid mobile number.
- Authentication is completed via OTP (One-Time Password).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Services and Access
- Tayari24 provides educational content and services through paid subscription plans.
- Free plans are currently not available; however, a limited free trial may be offered.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
5. Payments and Billing
- All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PhonePe.
- We do not store any sensitive payment information.
- By making a payment, you agree to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.
- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of successful payment.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of mistaken transactions.
- Refund eligibility is subject to verification of app usage. If the user has significantly used the services after purchase, the refund may be denied.
- All refund decisions made by Codegente Infotech LLP shall be final and binding.
7. Account Deletion
- Users can request account deletion by contacting us at support@tayari24.com.
- Deletion requests will be processed after verification.
- Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse the App or its content.
- You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App.
- You shall not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Codegente Infotech LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
