Location and Symbolism: Ekta Nagar, situated in Narmada district, houses the Statue of Unity and radiates the ethos of “Unity in Diversity.”
Parade Composition: Central Armed Police Forces, state police units, National Cadet Corps, and major security agencies—BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB—march side‑by‑side, accompanied by cavalry, camel units, martial‑arts and dog‑breed displays.
Women’s Empowerment: A female officer leads the Guard of Honour for the Prime Minister; women from CISF and CRPF perform martial arts, highlighting the confidence of Indian women.
Cultural & Aerobatic Highlights: The event features performances by the Gujarat Police Horse Contingent, Assam Police motorcycle daredevils, BSF camel contingent, NCC cadets, and the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team of the Air Force.
