Logistics and Reach – Held at the Government Degree College, Bhaderwah on 1‑2 June 2025, the two‑day program featured field tours, live distillation lab demos and a buyer‑seller platform chaired by Ms Ruchita Rane of the Vivek PARC Foundation.

Economic Impact – The festival generated ₹10.5 crore in turnover, with 1,500 kg of oil and 93,000 kg of dried flowers processed, and 50+ distillation units commissioned across the state.

Social Outcomes – More than 9,000 people received training in planting, harvesting and processing; 5,000+ farmers have now adopted lavender as a cash crop and 3,000+ households are cultivating the herb.
